Kelsey Grammer Selling $10M Home in Hamptons

Why is this couple smiling? They're about to go house hunting in the Hamptons. Actor Kelsey Grammer, pictured with new wife Kayte Walsh, a former stewardess pictured left, has been trying to sell mansions in ritzy communities across the country. The word is that Grammer's divorce from his third wife, Camille, a former Playboy model best known as the mean one on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, is causing him to liquidate his real estate holdings.

Grammer just unloaded his Bridgehampton, N.Y., home for the asking price of $9.995 million, which according to area Realtors, was priced to sell. He and wife no. 4 want to pick out a new pad to wile away the summer. His other properties still on the market: A Beaver Creek, Colo., ski home is listed at $7.9 million and his 7-bedroom Tudor mansion in Los Angeles, which has been on and off the market but is now listed at $18.9 million.

What did the buyer get in the Hamptons? A pretty sweet pad, that's what.
