Chris Noth Rents 'Big' in Manhattan

Actor Chris Noth is reported to be renting a generous two-bedroom, duplex penthouse on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. And he's sparing no expense. Noth is throwing down $9,000 a month for the apartment to be near Broadway, where he's starring in a new play, That Championship Season,according to the New York Post.

The television veteran who starred as Det. Mike Logan on Law & Order and as Big on Sex and the City for many years, currently stars as Julianna Margulies's husband on TV's The Good Wife, which is set in Chicago but is filmed in New York.

Noth is sharing the New York apartment with his fiancée, Tara Wilson, pictured left with Noth -- who he met when she worked at the Cutting Room, a bar he used to own in New York City -- and their 3-year-old son, Orion Christopher.
