Free DVD Rental at Blockbuster With Good Grades

Get a free DVD rental when you present a report card with a B average or higher at Blockbuster. You can get one free movie rental per grading period, although progress reports are not accepted. This is a great deal, though there are some things to be aware of:

  • The free rental does not include new releases and they are in standard DVD format

  • You have to present your original report card signed by a parent or guardian

  • The report card must have been issued in the past 30 days

  • The free rental must be made through the Blockbuster account of the student's parent or guardian

The good news is that if you have multiple kids with good grades, they can each get a free movie, even if they are all on your account. Students from kindergarten through high school are eligible.

Caveats: College students are not eligible for a free rental. Cannot be combined with any other discounts or coupons. Not valid on games, defensive driving or equipment rentals. You pay taxes. Not valid at Blockbuster Express kiosks.
