The longtime Beverly Hills, Calif., home of the late comic legend Groucho Marx -- the one where he carved his initials into the wet cement on the driveway and again by the pool -- just sold for $5.8 million, according to the MLS.

The 1927 Spanish-style estate on an acre had been listed in June at $6,995,000.
