The Nashville company received 20 reports of cracks at the gas valve connection. So far, no injuries have been reported. Carbon monoxide poisoning from leaking gas can be fatal.

The set was sold nationwide between August 2007 and December 2010 for $700 to $850 each. The assemblies were sold under model numbers LSVFSD-18, LSVFSD-24 and LSVFSD-30 and include a burner and a ceramic-fiber log set. Replacement gas burners also were sold under model number LSVFSD-NG.
The recalled burners have serial numbers that begin with 6407, 6408, 6409 and 6410A through 6410G. The burner's model and serial numbers are on a metal plate attached to the burner.
Consumers should stop using the recalled burner assemblies and contact Lennox for a replacement burner at (800) 229-0027 weekdays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern Time.
