  • Martin's Famous Pastry Shopperecalled certain Nibble with Gibble's and Kay and Ray's brands of potato chips because they may contain soy protein that isn't listed on the packaging, said the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The recalled chips were sold to retail stores, club stores and mail order, as well as restaurants and institutions throughout Alabama, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, Maryland, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia. The FDA lists the UPC numbers and the products included in the recall. Consumers can return the chips to the store for a refund. Call the company at (800) 548-1200.
