Get a CVS coupon for 20% to 25% off when you help CVS get to 20,000 followers at @CVS_Extra on Twitter. (Extra Care is the name of the chain's free loyalty program). Make sure to follow CVS by Feb. 25, 2011, or you'll miss out. Right now the chain is 947 followers short of offering 20% off; if another 5,947 people follow @CVS_Extra, the discount bumps up to 25%.

To get the CVS coupon, click the above link and sign into Twitter or create a new account. Hit "Allow" in the permission box so that CVS knows you are following them. The company promises it is not collecting or sharing personal information and will not be tweeting or DMing on your behalf. Then fill out the CVS form asking for your Extra Care number and your email.

CVS will email you the coupon on Feb. 28, 2011. The coupon will be valid for a short period of time so make sure to look at the expiration date.

Caveats: One coupon per customer. Employees of CVS Caremark are not eligible to participate.
