Presidents' Day is the Black Friday of February. Shoppers take advantage of their day off to find the best sales. For those who plan on hitting the stores on February 21, check these shopping hot spots for the best deals:

For those hoping to get some home projects out of the way on their day off, head to The Home Depot for supplies. The stores are offering a buy three, get one free deal on five gallons of interior and exterior paint or stain February 17 through 21. All four must be within the same brand. Participating paint names include Behr Premium Plus Ultra, Behr Ultra, Glidden and Martha Steward Living. The savings will be granted via mail-in rebate and are limited to one per customer household.
