Five Hot Consumer E-Commerce Trends for 2011
Despite the recession, last year was a banner year for e-commerce. U.S. e-retail sales jumped 9.8% in 2010 from 2009, totaling $142.491 billion worth of merchandise, according to Web measuring company comScore.
The company predicts that e-commerce will have "sustained double-digit growth rates in 2011." To get more and more Americans to shop by clicks, here are five trends experts say they see in the near future.
