Disney Watch Recall: Buzz Lightyear, Tinker Bell, Lightning McQueen

Walt Disney Parks and Resorts has issued a recall of light-up watches with the images of some of its most popular characters -- Buzz Lightyear, Tinker Bell and Lightning McQueen -- after reports of children suffering skin irritation or burning sensations.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission said Disney reported receiving six complaints. The CPSC said it appears the problem is related to current from the battery's watch interacting with nickel in the watch back. Apparently, the affected children are allergic to nickel.
