Cary Grant Lived Here

The late, great Cary Grant's historical Hollywood-esque Palm Springs, Calif., estate is up for sale at 928 North Avenida Palmas. The actor was probably the most charming man who ever lived -- tall, handsome, and charismatic. He was born Archibald Alexander Leach and drew record box-office crowds for almost 30 years. Grant was named the Second Greatest American Screen Legend of All Time by The American Film Institute. He was twice nominated for an academy award, but brought home an honorary Oscar for his life's work in 1970, at the age of 66.

Grant died in 1986.
