Ralphs Grocery Pleads No Contest to Overcharging

If you bought weighed or
prepackaged items at a Ralphs supermarket in Los Angeles last year and think you paid too much, you were probably right. The grocery chain just plead no contest to 62 misdemeanor charges, including false advertising, mislabeling and selling items that weigh less than they should.
