American Shingle Roofing Company CEO Arrested

The CEO of the American Shingle Roofing Company -- accused of bilking hundreds of people in 10 states out of their money -- turned himself in to Georgia authorities.

Carlton DeWayne Dunko surrendered to the Bibb County Sheriff's Office on a charge of "theft by conversion," posted $64,800 bond and was released Tuesday night, said sheriff's Capt. Mike Smallwood.
