Ted Lilly Drops Price of Chicago Home, Buys in L.A.
pitcher Ted Lilly decided on a price drop for his Chicago home after spending about $2.5 million in December on a new place in Sherwood Country Club, at the base of the Santa Monica Mountains in Thousand Oaks, Calif.
Lilly purchased the Wrigleyville home in 2006 for $2.15 million when he was with the Chicago Cubs, his agent told AOL Real Estate. The 5-bedroom, 5-bath corner-lot home is now listed for $1,999,900, down from $2.1 million.
