Hulk Hogan can't sell homes

Hulk Hogan, watcha gonna do, when the housing crisis runs wild on you? The former WWE star and current Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) talent is still trying to sell his Clearwater, Fla., country-style manor first listed in 2006 – the same home that the Hulkster filmed his VH1 reality show, Hogan Knows Best.

After a messy, public divorce from wife Linda, the 17,000 square-foot Belleair estate was relisted in 2009 for $13.9 million – a far cry from the $25 million list price it commanded in 2006. Most recently, the princely estate was listed for $10.9 million. (Not even Hogan's 24-inch pythons could fend off the housing bubble.) The five-bedroom, eight-bath property includes a guest apartment, boat house, two boat lifts and a floating dock on a total 1.5 acres.
