Seventies singing duo Toni Tennille and Daryl Dragon, pictured left, reduced the list price of the 4-bedroom home $525,000 from its original list price of around $1.25 million in order to help move the property, which closed Dec. 3, a few days after their 35th wedding anniversary.
The "Muskrat Love" 1970s music and comedy team, who has proven that "Love Will Keep Us Together," bought the single-story home at 81830 Couples Court in 2005 for $825,000.

It is possible that following the July death of the Captain's famous harpist sister and daddy namesake, Carmen Dragon, who died from complications of lung cancer, the family just didn't want to also deal with the headache that can come with keeping a property on the market.
When contacted for comment, the couple's personal assistant, Becky Greenlaw, said the request had been passed on to the Grammy-winning duo, but she added that "they like to keep matters like that private."
Janet Walker of Windermere Real Estate represented the sellers. Sheri Dettman of Keller Williams, a former Miss California, represented the buyers. Neither returned calls by publication time.
