The Captain &Tennille Sell at La Quinta
have sold their resort home in La Quinta, Calif., for $660,000, reported the Realestalker. The home was last listed for $724,500.
Seventies singing duo Toni Tennille and Daryl Dragon, pictured left, reduced the list price of the 4-bedroom home $525,000 from its original list price of around $1.25 million in order to help move the property, which closed Dec. 3, a few days after their 35th wedding anniversary.
The "Muskrat Love" 1970s music and comedy team, who has proven that "Love Will Keep Us Together," bought the single-story home at 81830 Couples Court in 2005 for $825,000.
