Jermaine Jackson's Rental Faces Foreclosure

What a way to start the year: Jermaine Jackson's Calabasa, Calif. rental home is facing foreclosure and is set to be sold at auction Jan. 21 for a minimum bid of $2.184 million.

Jackson and his third wife Halima Rashid have been leasing the 5-bedroom, 6-bath home for just under 18 months, according to TMZ, and they will have only 60 days after the foreclosure sale to vacate the home. Maybe he can temporarily move into his mom's recent rental (pictured below) a few blocks away.
