Ryan Phillippe Lists L.A. Home for $7.45M

Within days of his ex-wife Reese Witherspoon exiting their marital home for a new residence, actor Ryan Phillippe put his bachelor pad above Los Angeles's Sunset Strip (pictures below) on the market for $7.45 million.

Whether or not the MacGruber co-star will be moving back into home he shared with the Legally Blonde star and his two daughters before the couple's 2007 divorce, or moving near the neighborhood of Witherspoon's new Brentwood home is yet to be seen.

Phillippe bought his 5-bedroom, 6.5-bath house on May 30, 2008, for $7.175 million, according to Realestalker, and moved in his then-girlfriend, actress Abbie Cornish. But in May of this year "Abbie ended the relationship with Ryan and she moved out of their home," her rep told People.
