New Las Vegas Hotel & Casino Debuts Tonight

The new kid on the Las Vegas Strip is set to open its doors tonight, marking the last major resort-casino to debut in Sin City for at least a few years.

The Cosmopolitan, a $3.9 billion resort with 2,995 rooms and 14 restaurants, will kickoff with a grand opening party tonight with a poolside concert featuring Brandon Flowers, front man of rock band The Killers.

The Cosmopolitan says dice will roll for the first time in the casino around 8 p.m. to a crowd of VIPs and social media contest winners.
