Many jaws were agape when they learned that Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg (pictured left) rented a modest 2,350-square-foot home (pictured below) rather than owning a palatial estate, as HousingWatch reported. Perhaps that was too much pressure, as it seems the subject of the hit movie The Social Network has now moved out of his Palo Alto, Calif., 4-bedroom, 3-bath rental near Stanford University. Now the landlord seeks a new renter, he told AOL Real Estate today.

The social network entrepreneur, whose estimated net worth of $6.9 billion landed him as No. 35 on the Forbes 400 list of the richest people in America, is quite the tenant to live up to, as at least one rejected potential renter more than likely didn't have the same financial resources.

According to a classified on Apartment Hunters the home at 2073 Princeton Street, available for a year's lease at $7,850 per month, was being re-listed for rent because a "previous application to lease this property was not successful."
