Boxing Promoter Don King Tries to Bring Bullets on Plane

Flamboyant boxing promoter Don King was stopped at Cleveland's Hopkins International Airport when Transportation Security Administration (TSA) officers found ammunition in his carry-on luggage.

King, 79, was reportedly in Cleveland for the funeral of his wife, Henrietta King, who died of stomach cancer at age 87.

TSA officers searched King's hand luggage and discovered he was carrying ammunition for .38-caliber and .357-caliber hand guns.

The bullets were confiscated and King was allowed to board his flight home to Florida.

An airport spokeswoman said she did not know if he received a citation.
