Former NBA champ Michael Jordan is making headway on a bear of an estate on Jupiter Island in Palm Beach County, Fla., where Tiger Woods just completed his grand estate. One of the big differences between the two palatial homes? Jordan's 28,000-square-foot mega-mansion, which is still under construction, is nowhere near the water, while Woods' has water on both sides.
