Apatow Sells Pacific Palisades Pad for $5.26M

Updated

Judd Apatow, the comedic writer and director of "Funny People," "Knocked Up" and "The 40-Year-Old Virgin," is a funny guy, but the sale of the Pacific Palisades, Calif. estate owned by him and his wife, actress Leslie Mann (picture left), is no laughing matter. The final price of the estate was $5.26 million.

A staid, traditional house, it measures 6,000 square feet with five bedrooms and five bathrooms, as well as a wood-paneled library with a secret room. Other perks include a playroom, a butler's pantry, a temperature-controlled wine room and a swimming pool with spa, all on around one acre.
