'True Blood' House: Sink Your Teeth in at $75M

When the fourth season of HBO's critically acclaimed "True Blood" airs next summer, you likely can wave goodbye to one of its filming locations: The Malibu home owned by real estate developer Richard Weintraub, which has come on the market at $75 million -- or $34 million if you just want to bite off parts of it, vampire-style.

The eight-acre estate has been used extensively as a Hollywood film location. Astute viewers may recall seeing it in Adam Sandler's "Funny People" and Paul Rudd's "I Love You, Man." But if they gave Academy Awards to best mansions in an ongoing series, this place's pool house would definitely be a contender. "True Blood" is HBO's most-watched series since "The Sopranos."
