McNeil Recalls Millions of Children's Benadryl, Motrin Packages

A massive recall of children's Benadryl issued today by McNeil Consumer Healthcare is reminding parents and consumers that the long-playing saga of quality problems with popular over-the-counter and prescription drugs is not over.

The recall includes 4 million packages of Benadryl Allergy Fastmelt Tablets in cherry and grape flavors, 800,000 bottles of Motrin Junior Strength Caplets in 24-count packs, and a single lot of Rolaids Extra Strength Softchews.
