FrontierVille Thanksgiving celebration coming soon

You smell that? The smell of fresh bread baking or of turkeys roasting - it can only mean one thing. Thanksgiving is coming folks, and fast at that. While we're all stuffing ourselves silly on cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie and yams, make sure to frequently take a quick peek into the world of FrontierVille, as an upcoming Thanksgiving celebration in the game will give us something else to be thankful for.

We've seen a couple of preview images being posted on the game's official fan page, and with it comes the announcement that new collections, new missions, and new decorations will be coming to the game "soon." One image in particular shows off six items associated with the entire event. We can see what appears to be gravy, an RSVP in an envelope, some yams, pumpkin pie, cranberry sauce, and of course, the turkey itself. Whether these will be part of the new missions, or a new collection remains to be seen.

We'd imagine that this Thanksgiving content will most likely launch this weekend, or early next week at the latest, so to coincide with the holiday itself.
