Mafia Wars goes Deep 6 to donate to the Fisher House Foundation

Since when do mobsters support the military? According to Zynga, they do on Veteran's Day. In Mafia Wars, players can buy the Deep 6, a nasty-looking machine gun with 87 Attack and 56 Defense for 35 Reward Points, or around $6 with the 30 percent off sale going on right now. Zynga has promised that 100 percent of all proceeds from the Deep 6 are headed straight to the Fisher House Foundation. A charity that donates "comfort homes" to military bases around the world, the Fisher Foundation allows family members of injured or diseased men in uniform to be at their side while they recover in a military hospital. Better yet, families do not pay a dime to stay in a Fisher house, which is made possible by donations like these.

If that hasn't captured your interest, then how about those stats? For the same price as the Carlito's Way items with much better numbers, the Deep 6 is by far a smarter purchase. So, how about it? Donate to a charity and get a better item for your buck. How can you lose? Not buying it; that's how. (I could never call myself a salesman.)
