Mafia Wars gifts acceptance menu revamped (and working)

Good news mobsters! The Mafia Wars gifts acceptance screen is now back and better than ever. If you've been waiting for the time when Zynga would re-launch the feature, allowing you to accept gifts one after another without traveling back and forth to your Facebook gift requests page, wait no longer!

Now, when you log into Mafia Wars, you'll be able to load the Zynga Message Center with a single click on the envelope in the very top right-hand corner of the screen (it may also load for you automatically). From there, you can view all of your requests and accept them right from the menu.

For your convenience, you can also see how many of each kind of request you have been given, via the small tabs at the top of the menu. As we can see in my screenshot above, I currently have 25 Help Requests. If I wanted to focus on just those, I could click that tab and see the screen immediately formatted to show just Help Requests from my friends. It works the same for any tab in the list.

We can only hope that this is a permanent addition to the game, and that it won't, seemingly randomly, disappear again sometime in the future. Either way, if you're like me, and have been holding onto a ton of requests, simply due to the time consuming nature of accepting them on by one, use this time to clear them out while you still can.
