Heidi Montag Plastic Surgeon's Estate Listed

The estate of Heidi Montag's plastic surgeon, Dr. Frank Ryan, who died in a car accident in August, just came on the market at $1.4 million. While initial reports blamed the 50-year-old Ryan's death on texting while driving, the California Highway Patrol said this week that the accident was actually caused by an unsafe turning movement.

Ryan was driving with his dog, Jill, at the time, who survived the crash. The car flipped and overturned off the Pacific Coast Highway near Malibu and Ryan was pronounced dead on the scene.

Ryan, plastic surgeon to celebrities, once performed 10 procedures in a single day on "The Hills" star Montag (pictured at left), an act that catapulted him into the national media for so dramatically altering the reality show star's appearance.
