Q. I turned off my service with Comcast back in April because I was going to move and I didn't want to pay the $50 transfer fee. I told them I will cancel and then restart my service once I moved. I had overpaid by about $7. I know that seems like a little bit of money, but I have been through hell and high water with Comcast cable. They told me it would take three weeks for me to receive it. After four weeks, I called and they said they issued the check out to my old address so I gave them my new one and was told it would take another three weeks. After another four, I called and they said the request was not put in so they put it in again and said it could take four to six weeks. Well it's been about eight or nine weeks and still no check. They keep giving me the runaround. Please help.
