Free Barnes & Noble two month membership

Get a free two-month membership to Barnes & Noble just in time for the holidays when you make one qualifying purchase. No word on what constitutes a qualifying purchase, however. This deal is for new members only. You have to share your credit card info when you sign up. You can cancel anytime during the first two months by calling 866-238-READ, but if you do not cancel, your credit card will automatically be charged $25 for a year-long membership. It's unclear how long the free membership deal will be available.

Membership has its perks. Members get unlimited express shipping, 40% off the list price of hardcover bestsellers, 20% off all adult hardcovers and 10% off almost everything else. Plus you'll get coupons and sales alerts as a member.
