You do not need to be a Kroger loyalty card holder or live near a Kroger to be eligible. This is a new deal so it should last a few days, but it's unclear exactly how long it will be around.

Share your name, e-mail, address, sex and date of birth to get the freebie. Once you submit the form, it takes 10 long weeks for the free sample to arrive.

Caveats: offer limited to US residents only, including Alaska and Hawaii. You must be 13 or older to receive this sample. Limit two samples per household.
