Dixie Chick's New NYC Coop

Dixie Chicks singer Natalie Maines is feathering a new nest in New York City. Maines, a Texas native, and her husband, actor Adrian Pasdar ("Heroes"), are paying around $4.3 million for a four-bedroom, three-bath condo conversion in the Spears Building on West 22nd Street in Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood.

Maines and Pasdar wed in Las Vegas in 2000 after meeting at the wedding of fellow Dixie Chick Emily Erwin. They have two children, Beckett Finn, 6 (pictured), and Jackson Slade, 9. The apartment-loft, which was originally listed at $4.449 million has plenty of natural light, as well as expansive wood-beamed ceilings and exposed brick.

The Dixie Chicks earned five Grammy Awards for their 2006 album, "Taking the Long Way." Maines became a lightning rod for political debate in 2003 after she announced during a Chicks concert in Europe that she was ashamed that George W. Bush was from Texas. Read on for interior shots.
