The state of Oklahoma has a few rules when it comes to happy hour, and all the paperwork in Title 37 gets pretty complicated. When you hear people discussing 3.2, they are not talking GPAs, but alcohol levels.

Still, people in Tulsa love their drink specials as much as they do anywhere else, and there are more than a few bars that have learned to work around the red tape. Here are some to get you started:

Arnie's Bar

Recently relocated to the Blue Dome District, Arnie's Bar is a laid back Irish pub with a 50-year history in Tulsa. This local bar has a backyard patio with an oasis of trees, a perfect place to enjoy something cold. Everyone loves the shuffleboard table and attentive bartenders, and to sweeten the deal, Arnie's has some killer drink specials. There are too many to name, but to give you just a sampling, Tuesday $2.50 Boulevard Wheat, Wednesday $5 pitchers, Thursday $1.50 Miller and Coors Light, and Free Pizza Friday 5PM till gone!
