Diane Keaton Sells to 'Glee's' Ryan Murphy

Updated

Actress Diane Keaton is having a good run. She recently sold two properties she has had on the market -- one to Glee's Ryan Murphy.

Without question, Murphy gave Keaton something to sing about. The actress' Beverly Hills home -- a stunning remodeled Spanish Colonial Revival redone by Annie Hall herself -- finally sold for an undisclosed amount after being on the market since March 2009. It originally was listed at $12,995,000 and later listed at $10,995,000. (See a picture of it at the bottom of this post.)

Murphy is the mastermind behind the cult hit "Glee." He also created "Nip/Tuck," taking the show's signature line of "Tell me what you don't like about yourself" from undercover reporting work that he did as a journalist for a story on plastic surgeons in Beverly Hills.

Did he get a good deal?
