Heather Mills Selling NYC Condo After Just a Year
Paul McCartney's ex and former "Dancing With the Stars" contestant Heather Mills is selling her West Village condo just one year after purchasing it.
Why the quick exit? One can only guess. Mills purchased the stunning condo in 173 Perry St. for $4.9 million in July 2008 and is now looking to unload it for $5.3 million. The two-bedroom, two-bath unit stretches 1,808 square feet across the entire ninth floor of the tower, one of three that architect Richard Meier designed along the Hudson River.
