Free health check ups at Sam's Club this Saturday

Sam's Club is offering free health screenings -- to members and non-members alike -- this Saturday, Oct. 9, 2010, from 11a.m. to 3 p.m. Get your cholesterol, glucose and blood pressure checked with results in about 15 minutes. The free health screenings are available at all Sam's Clubs that have a pharmacy. No pharmacy? No screening.

Flu shots cost extra, about $24 per prick, and include the H1N1 vaccine. Non-members can get the flu shot, too. Double check if each location is also giving flu shots. As far as flu shots go, $24 is in the mid-range of the best prices for flu shots.
