Actor Rockmond Dunbar, who was named one of "Television's 50 Sexiest Stars of All Time" by TV Guide, took a loss when he recently closed on his "summer home" in Chicago's Bronzeville neighborhood. He purchased the five-bedroom, 3.5 bath house in April 2008 for $669,000, according to BlockShopper. It was last listed by Coldwell Banker for $450,000 and it sold for $425,000.

Dunbar, who appeared in a 2008 Tyler Perry flick, is best known for his roles as Kenny Chadway on the Showtime series "Soul Food" and as Benjamin Miles "C-Note" Franklin on the Fox series "Prison Break." He added his girlfriend, model Machiko Harris, to the title of the home in August 2008.

The modest brick house, which can be seen in the YouTube video below, is set behind a wrought-iron gate at arms' length from the neighbors' homes. It has approximately 3,500 square feet, including the finished basement.
