Fisher-Price is recalling nearly 3 million toys intended for infants and toddlers that have inflatable balls whose valves can come off -- posing a choking danger, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Health Canada said.

At least 46 incidents involving the valves coming off have been reported. Of those, the CPSC said the valve was found in a youngster's mouth 14 times.
