Fisher-Price is recalling more than 7 million trikes sold over a 13-year-old period after a series of injuries to little girls who fell onto the pretend ignition key that sticks out from the toys, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Health Canada said.

At least 10 girls were hurt, six of them -- who were either 2 or 3 years old -- more seriously, suffering injuries including genital bleeding.
