Evidence has been recovered that could be key in the murder of real estate agent Vivian Martin, recently reported on HousingWatch, and the assault and robbery of a second agent near Youngstown, Ohio. Detectives found two Smith & Wesson semiautomatic handguns in a safe deposit box at the Huntington Bank in Girard. They were there under the name of Robert Brooks, one of two suspects in the murder investigation. The weapons also are believed to be related to the attack of another real estate agent in Boardman. Police also found the keys to Martin's Cadillac and a pillowcase that contained stolen items near the Pittsburgh Airport in North Sewickley, Penn. Reports say that suspect Grant Cooper directed police to the evidence in a follow-up interview. In other related news, Ohio police have put out a nationwide warrant for the arrest of Richard Grigelaitis, pictured at left, alleged to have murdered real estate agent Andrew Vonstein. Grigelaitis's wife bought a home from Vonstein in 2002 that eventually went into foreclosure.
