Free answers to tech problems from HP experts on Sept 28

Solving technical issues on your computer can be pricey if your warranty has expired, you've been downed by a virus or one of the accessories is on the blink. But on September 28, Hewlett Packard will host HP Expert Day, allowing frustrated computer owners to solve all those annoying glitches and issues for free.

HP Expert Day was spawned from HP Windows 7 Expert Days, which drew more than 200,000 users come to HP for answers. On Tuesday, more than 100 experts from HP will be available on the company's forums to answer questions. The experts will include HP staff that has designed the company's products and written its user manuals.
