Weezer's Brian Bell Buys 'Sass-Free' Home in Westwood
Bell, 41, famous for putting out songs with names like "We Are All On Drugs" and "El Scorcho" is more refined and classic when it comes to his architectural taste.
The guitarist-singer's new 3,000-square-foot pad is a single-story 1920s home featuring arched doorways, and cathedral ceilings in the living room with oversize, exposed wood beams. A tile-framed fireplace and French doors open to a porch and patio. There are 4.5 bathrooms. Style and cost-wise, Bell is a long way from Iowa City, Iowa where he was born and Knoxville, Tennessee.
Bell also has performed in two other brands, Space Twins and the Relationship.
Weezer recently announced their latest tour "Memories" which is set to commence in Los Angeles at the Gibson Amphitheater on Nov. 26 and 27. So if Bell is all moved in, the band can crash in those other bedrooms.
