E.L.F. stands for eyes lips face. The vast majority of E.L.F.'s make up is $1 each, but the company also sells a make up line called Studio that has higher prices. I've never tried E.L.F. make up, and am curious about the quality. Either way, I imagine the make up is good for trying out new shades, for Halloween, or costume parties that require a lot of face painting.
