Like any social gaming company should, Zynga understands the power of social media, which it hopes to display in the YoVille Twitter Contest during Player Appreciation Month. The contest is going on now through September 23 with 10 tweeters a day to win 100 YoCash and a Grand Prize winner to receive a massive 1,000 YoCash when the event ends.

All you need to do is follow "@yoville" on Twitter and tweet the following messages each day:

  • Day One: "I want to win 1,000 YoCash! Join in on Player Appreciation Month on @yoville#YoVille!"

  • Day Two: "Player Appreciation Month Rocks on @yoville#YoVille! I want to win 1,000 YoCash!"

  • Day Three: "I want to WIN 1,000 YoCash! Player Appreciation Month going on now @yoville#YoVille!"


For each day, you can send out the above messages five times; that's 15 chances to win either 100 or 1,000 YoCash. You have until midnight of each day to submit your five tweets and the random winners for each day will be announced the following morning. With over 7.8 million users, we just can't wait to see how many times the fail whale makes a visit this week.
