T.R. Knight Selling Over-Improved L.A. Home for a Feverish $4 Million

That lovable intern, Dr. George O'Malley, has not only left the hospital show "Grey's Anatomy," but he's also left Los Angeles -- to try his thespian hand in Manhattan. Actor T.R. Knight has listed a 4,160-square-foot 1930s Tudor in the Los Feliz neighborhood at $3.995 million. When he bought it in the fall of 2007, it was listed as a fixer-upper, and he paid $2.9 million.

Knight poured a bunch of money into restoring the home, which by all accounts is quite lovely. But the good doctor may be facing an uphill battle against the disease called Housing Market Anemia, for which there is apparently still no known cure coming out of Washington.
