Churchill Downs to Buy Miss. Casino for $138 Million

Horse racing track owner Churchill Downs (CHDN) agreed to purchase Harlow's Casino Resort & Hotel in Greenville, Miss., for $138 million cash.

The deal is expected to close within six months, MarketWatch reported.

Investor groups Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, Oak Hill Advisors and private investor Jess M. Ravich currently own Harlow's.
