Adventure Activities in San Diego -- Try if You Dare
of the adventure that So-Cal has to offer by trying a few of San Diego's most exciting activities.
Looking for an Adventure Activity in San Diego? I dare you to try any of these top five!
1. Hang Glide in La Jolla
The famous Torrey Pines Gliderport is the perfect place to get your adrenaline pumping and test your nerves of steel by flying through the California skies on a glider. The cost is about $200 for a tandem flight with an experienced pilot (discount if you pay cash or have a military I.D.). You can even pay a little bit extra to have your adventure caught on tape (go ahead, buy the video, you know you'll want to show it off). Now, you can't make reservations at Torrey Pines since the activity is at the mercy of the wind, so make sure you aren't in a hurry when you go, as you may have to wait.

This unparalleled outdoor activity costs $155, or you can go on a more economical snorkel adventure for $70 or learn the basics in a swimming pool for $55.
