My name is Ma Jian; I represent the company Good Goods Co. Ltd, Сhina, Hong Kong. Your resume posted on the job website has impressed the human resources department of our company, and it is an honor for us to offer you the position Sales Representative/Project Manager at our company.

There are a lot of variations on the theme, but the gist is the same: We like you and we want to help you make money. The poor English is most-easily explained by posing as being from China or some other land where English is not the first language.
