Free diabetes meter to measure glucose levels

The free diabetes meter offer is back! Click on the image at right to see if you are eligible to receive a free diabetes meter in one of six colors. Share your name, address, phone number, and email, plus answer ten questions about your diabetes habits, like how often you test your glucose levels.

If you do not have diabetes, there is an additional question about your relationship to the person who has diabetes. It's not clear if there are answers that will make you ineligible to receive the free diabetes meter, but I got the impression they have a lot to give out.
